3 things guaranteed in life,

1) Death
2) Taxes
3) stupid hot dog jokes whenever Kessel is mentioned from morons that think it's funny

- gkspartan

Clearly its a lifestyle. But here, this one is just for you since you seem to be miserable with no sense of humor.

Nope. Phil couldnt carry Alex Mogilny or Jeremy Roenick's equipment to the rink. Quite frankly, neither could Daniel Alfredsson, but he made the Hall. So, maybe, because how good of a hockey player you were really doesnt mean all that much.

JR tons before Alfredson in my mind too, what a joke

Pavelski’s stats are very similar to Kessel’s but without a Cup. Pavelski is a much more productive player today. Excellent careers but neither is HOF worthy.

Now I know why people always called him a clutch goal scorer

Why not Jeff Carter (2 Cups) or Corey Perry (1 Cup)? They should be getting in too.

Why not Bob Bourne with 4 consecutive Cups?

Carter hasn't sniffed an NHL award in his life. Perry at least can argue he won the Hart and Richard + member of the Triple Gold Club. I wouldn't put either, but Perry would be the better selection.

Closest Carter came was finishing second for the Rocket in 2009. I'm not advocating for either, simply that they fall into similar categories, both statistically and hardware-wise, as Kessel. And yes, I would put Princess Perry ahead of Carter and Kessel.

I wouldn't be shocked if Perry gets in and he should ahead of Kessel.

absolutely.

And honestly, Getzlaf ran that team, and was way better than Perry. He should be in before Perry. But, I doubt any get in.

That's tuffff. I got Matthews under 60.5 goals too. Not good for your hockey pool but good for my bank account lol

He has a head the size of an exercise ball and can still keep his balance on skates. That's impressive so he should probably get in the hof.
