Like there's an excercise we do sometimes in crossfit called GHD situps, when you do a bunch the next days your abs hurt like a female dog, that's when you find out abdominal muscles are needed for everything

simple surgery I am told, they will push the intestine back in, stitch a mesh and close the hole. Just need a surgeon, huge back log
