They are icing a D of Stillman Schenn Burroughs Brisebois Rathbone with forwards Lockwood Joshua Pizza, I am not going to make an issue of it but in my mind, I think they have made the decision and are going to do it properly and lose right from the get-go.

Fans love winning but almost as much they love a good draft. Give the fans what they want one way or the other.

If you want high draft picks then you can't complain about losing.

BTW Hughes is #1 in the league for completed passes last season by over 300 passes(over Hedman) he was tops on the league for carries out of the d zone, and topped many other important stats. His defense was also not bad last season in general. Hughes is the definition of elite and considered top 10 defender in the league.
