*** NEWSFLASH - WINDOWS 11 SUCKS ASS ***

I installed Windows 11 on my desktop computer yesterday and I'll tell you ... the user interface is a total clusterf*ck. It's regressions everywhere, doing simple tasks now requires going through menus and submenus.

I swear, the Microsoft's UI designers are (frank)ing brain dead ... it's all about "prettyness" such as rounded corner and useless poop while destroying any functionality that have been there for 30 years at least.

If those twits were designing a car, they would probably put the steering wheel in the trunk and the gas pedal in the glove compartment.

you cannot say you prioritize development and keep vets with bad influence (or playing the wrong way) in the lineup just because they have a contract and you want to showcase them. that can go on for a week, not a year. MSL can say whatever he wants, we know better. and he does too.

of course, but management knows better too. at one point they'll have to decide what they really want to prioritize.

if they're still trying this kind of thing after 25 games then yeah, it'll be very concerning.

Just bought a new PC, I'm getting offered to install Windows 11 every few days, resisted up to this point. After reading this, I'm glad I did

I think you can stop the suggestion from popping up in the settings, pretty sure I did because it doesn't appear for me anymore.

Yeah guys, I recommend skipping Windows 11.

I did an upgrade to my computer (graphics card) and, while I was at it, decided to upgrade my OS as well ... I wish I had researched it up more before doing the install.

Live and learn.

PS: Luckily Start11 (from Stardock) fixed most of the annoyances so I'm back in operation.

I used the same kind of fix for Windows 8... what's the point of upgrading if it only makes you revert back to older settings? lol

Because it makes my computer useable again ... I don't feel like reinstalling the OS again. Like I said earlier, I didn't research it enough before doing the install.

I could always reinstall Windows 10 but Start11 fixed most of my issues.

How to roll back from Windows 11 to Windows 10. Here's how to make the switch back to Windows 10: Start menu > Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Recovery > Previous version of Windows (you may see Go back instead).

Thanks for this but I think I'll be OK now with Start11 ... but I'll remember this post in case I change my mind.
