Man buddy you have complained about getting every player that has been traded to another team.
You are really confused about this and you are missing what's going on the ice.
90 shots in 2 games
Missing defenseman 2,3, and 4
Girgensons is the glue holding this season together - Boss34
They were giving up those shots with those defenseman there Buddy, they need to try something else right now. At least I show life on the boards, while you praise 1 player constantly and rip on another. It's the "Same Sh!t Different Day" T-shirt I have. Fits you perfectly |

My god. female dogging about ROR
Who cares about him. He’s old news |

Yet the Sabres won their end of the deal by getting Tage for the next 8 years.
Life is good - Pegullaville
In what world? You traded away the Stanley cup playoff mvp, took on how much in bad contracts, and you finally have 1 viable nhl live from the trade how many years later? In what world is that a win lol?
No one person in st Louis dislikes that trade. That tells you all you need to know. |

And the Sabres got a 2C in his mid twenties locked up long term.
That’s why I said the Sabres won “their end of the deal”.
It was a move that ultimately worked out for both teams - Pegullaville
That is still up for debate. One team has the Stanley Cup and the other hopes to at least make the playoffs within a few years.
Let's be honest. Blues win |

Ouch yeah. That sucks.
In 2 of my leagues I drafted Wilson over hurts (hurts went there very next pick) on the same night. My worst mistake.
I righted the ship QB wise and moved on from Russ. But holy cow. |

I don't know how anyone can say this. I can't think of a time that a rookie D came in and looked the part right away. Maybe Samuelsson? It is still a giant jump from college. - Slump Buster

The trade may have worked out for both teams. We all knew that ROR was the kind of player that was going to decline quickly, and we are seeing that now. As you said, St. Louis is fine with that. But you can also still say that maybe we got the best player in the trade (this is purely theoretical at this point, of course).

He was trying to say that if Johnson signs and becomes a top 4 D for the Sabres, it's a slam dunk trade win due to Johnson and Tage becoming quality players. |

Except the Sabres actually have to play real hockey teams this week.
Blackhawks are gunning for Bedard they stripped that roster dry. - Pegullaville
You probably didnt watch the game as usual last night, but that wasn't an easy game to win.
The Blackhawks still have toews and pk88.
Couple guys with multiple cups.
Stripped dry 🤔
Didnt we all want a young team that played fast hockey and weren't gonna roll over without a fight.
Looks like we have that in the 2022-23 Sabres.
Probably the best win I witnessed, since vegas at home last year. |

3rd pairing LhD behind Samuelsson and Power.
Might be future 2nd RhD.
If he signs. |

So you’d rather have a 32 year old ROR over Tage right now ?
It’s possible for both teams to benefit from a trade.
