Well, until they actually win a Super Bowl, I'm guessing this fanbase will always have the other shoe dropping in the back of its mind.

even when we win it, some will complain that we should have won by x points

I'm not sure if I've eve seen a team try and "control the clock" down 17 points.

Near the end of the 3rd quarter, rodgers was using the entire play clock and exclusively running the ball.

You knew they would run the 2 minute drill/ use their timeouts at the end of the game like always.

Bill's wanted them to run. Eat clock.

I think Rodgers was sticking it to the coaches a bit.

Very unusual stategy, like Richard jauron coached.

never seen a hall of fame qb play a game not to get blown out, but content to lose by 10 before
- homiedclown

O come now, don't act like you didn't predict a win by 38 and game ended up 10. If you're talking about running the ball, that's what happens against a great pass rush like the Bills have. Stand back in the pocket and get crushed in 2.5 seconds or run the ball for 7 yards a pop? I mean, I know what I would do.

who cares

bills won

packers played to not get blown out

the packers were never down by just once the two minute warning of the first half struck

the big take of the game was the packers have a lot of work to do

maybe rodgers should have been working with his young wr's in the offseason like allen was

Said it in another post, there's no work to do. The Packers window is slammed shut, I've accepted it. Rodgers seems uninterested in putting in the work. I don't speak for him, he's had an unbelievable career and if GB front office hadn't jerked him around for his prime, he'd have another SB or two. Is what it is, and even though the "Packers played to not get blown out" the Bills sure were trying, up 17 still throwing all over the field. Bills are one of the best teams in football, Packers maaaaybe low 20s? Look worse, but do have two good RBs and a decent O line.

O and clearly you do, otherwise you wouldn't respond.

It's not all positives for Panthers' scorers, however, as Sam Reinhart continues to struggle. Reinhart was held without a point again on Saturday. Reinhart has yet to score a goal and has just two assists in nine games, with zero points at even strength. Reinhart at least got in on the shot party, firing five shots on Forsberg.

Reinhart has been moved off Barkov's line and onto a line with Sam Bennett and Rudolfs Balcers, as Tkachuk and Barkov have joined forces. Obviously, this is not good for Reinhart's value, yet line combinations change all the time. As well, Reinhart is averaging nearly three shots per game, which is more than 0.5 SOG/GP more than last season. You could consider dropping him in a very shallow league, but on one of my teams I'll be waiting it out with the point-per-game scorer from last season.

Glad I signed montour instead 🤔

For fantasy, one has to go with the hot hands.
As far as the constant hate goes, meh... he always starts slow.
He likely post 65 points +/-.

It was a weird game for sure. I almost feel like the Bills gave them too much respect at times, and they played down to their competition as a result. I know that sounds weird to say about a team whose quarterback is Aaron Rodgers, but they did.

you had zero chance winning the game

ask any bills fan sept 1st, if beating the packers by 10 was going to be a good game, they would all take it

I didn't bet it

sad thing is if they opened it up like the last 2 drives, the pack might have made a game out of it

instead they played scared

Ok, you post a prediction of a win by 38. Saying they didn't even cover isn't calling you out. Bills tried to run up the score and fell short. Nothing more nothing less, moving on.

Absolutely, they respected rodgers like a 2x defending mvp.

The game flexed a team on a 3 game losing streak and inner conflict with coaches/management. With few actual nfl receivers....

Green bay was just completely outclassed.

If josh and rodgers weren't multi multi millionaires, seemed like they were playing for GB-10.5 and the under

We only have 2 mill in cap space left
- Sabretooth9

Moore is 950,000, and I know Corbett is like 6m against the Cap, but he got like 5m in Bonuses already and he signed through next year so he could extend right away. They actually would only need to find 2m

Could all this trading for a running back leakage, just be to pump up Singletary and cook?

Clearly McCaffrey would have been a huge upgrade, but some of the other scrubs like cam akers.......

It very much feels like he decided he was selling his soul when he signed the contract because he knew it meant the end of his top receiver. I know that we would probably hate most of these guys in real life but there is something about Rogers that just seems really douchy. He reminds me of Brady in that he just seems like a terrible teammate given how he regularly makes faces after every play, as if everyone else is the problem when things aren't going well.

Could be Boss, really don't think they need a RB myself. Get some help on your Oline, especially with Brown down, and help at Safety if Beaner can. Think those 2 spots would help the most IMO.

When you're the best at what you do, you generally show discontent when something goes wrong cause you know where things are going wrong.. Both of those guys are the smartest players in there position since Manning left. Both can do whatever they like really. They're at the end of their careers getting the last ounce of play in that they can. One of them left his wife cause he loves the game so much. (Or his wife left him, however ya wanna spin it)

Just cause you're a douchy teammate doesn't make you wrong. Best sports athlete of all-time was the biggest douche of all-time. And his carbon copy was also a big douche. (Jordan and Kobe) But they were the best and loved cause they competed every minute of every game.

You scared me with Quinn. That would be inexplicable.

Not going to take long to realize Okposo can't handle those minutes anymore.

Yeah, suprisingly I mis-read the lineup 😉

Qulnns looked good IMO.

I think Casey has a big game tonight. Never really a fan, but he really hustles every shift, except coast mode non goal. Very noticeable

We'll learn a lot about the team this week. Tough schedule.

I'm over Mitts at this point. Going to have some good nights, but I don't think he's in their long terms plans anymore.
