If there's one thing the Leafs need it's a huge, slow defensive defender who can't stay healthy.
- BINGO!

Not to mention a left handed shot to boot!

Krug and a 3rd

Ahhh I don't know, about to be 32, 6.5M, injury prone.. I like Krug the player but would be weary of his health going forward, that's a steep number and term like the Gally contract. Krug would look good QBing the Habs PP and I like how he plays, physical and fights. Being a former Bruin unlikely he would accept a deal to Montreal, there is the Gorton connection however.

Why is Edmundson a guy Montreal would like to keep? I'm sure at this stage they'd be happy to dump any veteran salary. The guy has a $3.5M cap hit for this year and next, but is rarely healthy enough to play. He also has a modified NTC, so if they can find a team on his list willing to absorb his cap hit, then they'd fly him to the airport and ask for little in return.

Any follow-up on Gallagher to Pittsburgh? Or Colorado looking at Drouin? Or remember all the teams interested in power-forward Mike Hoffman? Seems like you have your pulse on this team...

Krug being physical and fights, ha ha ha ha ha. Farthest from the truth in his stint in St. Louis. Injury prone and ineffective for the majority. His best series was when he lost to the blues in 19. Hrs is too small to defend in the west. Not skillful enough to make it worth it.

Players don’t care but teams do. Habs and Bruins would not trade. Blues and Blackhawks won’t trade. Players will play but traditional rivalries stop trades

Imagine being this far gone, thinking the communist faction loves American values. Goodness gracious. You're going to be throwing fits after midterms.

What? Born follower. Listen and adhere to what the lying cheating government does and says. Blindly follow and keep in line. Big brother knows best.
