2 Booins parked in front while Holl is leaving them alone, chasing the puck half the time...
Pure luck this had a nice ending

Pretty sure Vin Diesel simply says "winning is winning". It's done. 2 points, bruins 0 points for tonight.

I guess we hope it is a good sign that Samsonov finished the second. Hoping that means he didn't like have a tactical nuke go off in his knee.

Maybe just a strain and they are being cautious?

yeah. the penalty shot looked awkward, like he tried to move sideways and caught his skate and fell backwards or something?

Solid solid effort.

Team's looking good. Tomorrow should be another good test.

I hope that's all it is and that he can play Tuesday. Winning tonight is nice.

do we still have pogge down in bakersfield?🤣😭🤦🏿‍♂️

Pogge gets signed for league minimum, ends up starting and the Leafs go on a roll. Pogge is the first Leaf to lift the cup after posting back to back shutouts in games 5 and 6, against Edmonton.

Me too but I’ll pack my gear with me when I head down to the game Tues just in case they want to try a 1000th string washed up goalie.

Big win tonight vs a hot team and they overcame the fact their 3rd sting guy had to play the 3rd vs a team that has been white hot.

Let’s hope the last 2 games is a turning point.

Habs about to lose is icing on the cake. :-)

They played really well. All 4 lines. Marner was good. Malgin and Holl had good games.

Strong in 5 on 5 play. They outplayed Boston and just the penalty shot is pretty good work

- Canada Cup

Marner still gave up the puck too much.

Brodie-Holl
Rielly-Liljegren
Giordano-Sandin

I actually didn't mind this at all.

Holl looked steady, Brodie playing on the left side must be a power-up for him.

Lolagren looking stronger out there getting some man strength.

Holl was not a tire fire. Marner still turning it over too much, and almost cost Leafs a goal when they got hemmed in after one of them. But he got 2 secondary assists so he is on pace to being 1st team NHL winger again

Leafs allowed 21 shots tonight.

I have to say, I don't like Marner on the PK at all. Let him be a scorer. (frank) the 4 or 5 shorties a year. Improve the team's 5 on 5. I have a feeling the only reason Marner is on the PK is that he's there to clean up the poop when Holl coughs one up.
