I’d take Damphousse over Turdgeon any day. Absolutely loathed him becoming a Hab and knew it wouldn’t work out. Total wuss too.

He was never under a PPG when in Montreal and continued that pace after getting traded for several years.
Trading FOR him was genius.
Trading him for (frank)ing Corson and Baron was a tragedy. |

The fact that Matheson plays on the left side is somewhat problematic.
There's already someone playing on his wrong side since Edmundson came back.
We only have 3 RHD on the roster: Savard, Wideman and Kovacevic.
I don't care about Wideman but losing Kova on waivers would suck considering our lack of depth and his surprisingly effective job as a bottom pairing RHD.
So do you end up sending Xhekaj down to not lose anyone? Harris?
They both deserve to stay but it's a tough call to make. |
