I was thinking he might get a fine, since he's a rookie and is still learning, but then again the player he hit was hurt, as opposed to Anderson's hit where he got back up immediately. the injury (or lack of) shouldn't matter, only the player's actions should be judged, but the league usually lacks logic and consistency with this sort of thing, so who the (frank) knows.

no, it isn't supposed to be, but it seems to have factored in for multiple verdicts, when a player is seriously hurt the consequences usually become more severe.
