I agree 100%, I just find it's sad and kind of annoying that a lot of fans will consider this a failure if they win too many games, as though to say "these kids, they played too well this year, and now they have ruined the team's future..."

I think they will hit a wall in January, February...Injuries, vets on last year of their deals losing interest and just waiting to go play elsewhere. The youth can carry them but for how long?
