Sanderson and JBD know each other because they played together in North Dakota so I'd keep them together on a pair. Not much choice but to pair Hamonic with Brannstrom and Holden with Larsson. Not sure what the resistance to Thomson is about.
Last year when Chabot got injured Brannstrom played in the top pair but I have difficulty seeing Hamonic on the top pair so I'd try Sanderson and JBD on the top pair.
Don't know. Maybe the practice lineups are best but more than a little scary.
The forwards are going to have to learn to come back and help out and this means you, Brady!

Hey, common sense doesn't prevail in this coaches world....the fact that you are bringing up something about JBD and Sanderson, while the coach has completely whiffed on that idea, tells you all you need to know about DJ. Thomson played 22-23 min. a night when he was called up last year......go figure, he has been passed up by 3 players now on defense to be called up to Ottawa.
As for the forwards, they don't even play in small triangles on a simple breakout....but you are right, Brady really needs to come back more.....its a huge part of his game that he needs to be better at, but hey, we all know the coaching staff isn't coaching him up on it....
