this is also something I appreciate so far from this team this year, they fight back and try to get back in the game. you don't really see them ever just giving up when they don't have the lead.

he's a brilliant hockey mind and seems to know how to get the group to learn and apply his strategies, but I think he also brings an important psychological aspect to build their self-confidence, and that alone can go a long way.
