If you're name isn't Tavares or Giordano at this point, you're not cutting it. So you're right there.

But also, there are some who need messages more than others. A guy like Aston Reese is generally playing more of a mistake free game then a guy who is handed shifts like Marner, for example.

Definitely. Players tend to let comfort take over with a familiar goalie whereas a kid in his first game they tend to be more aware. A little more commitment to not leaving him out to dry.
