Haven’t played since my mid 20’s and it was rough then, so I’m assuming you’ll need a full body cast if you start up again after 40.

I played a bit when I was a teenager, found it to be real good off ice training for the legs/hips and cardio smoking all the mid life crisis dudes.

But one nut shot from a squash ball will make you never want to look at a racket again.

The worst thing is we had bell maybe 5ish years ago and you couldnt stream movies because it was to slow. Had to go back to Rogers because you could actually watch a show on Netflix without it buffering but it still sucks.
