Bad thing about it, even with all the injuries, it was there own mistakes and miscues that caused them to lose all 3 games. Josh is a fantastic QB but his red zone mistakes have killed this team the last 2 games. |

The offence wears the loss last week.
The defence can’t blow todays lead. - Pegullaville
The defense gave up 23 points today….the defense that was without
Poyer
Hyde
Edmunds
Rosseau

50% of the penciled in starting defense is out. |

Alright we get it, spot Sean McDermott a 17 point lead at home and it’s Josh Allen’s fault despite scoring 30 points.
It’s amazing how much rope the guy gets when his defence costed the city of Buffalo a parade last year.

Part of that was the defense being on the field in the 2nd half more than they needed to be bc the offense did very little though
Obviously u wanna see the defense step up regardless, but the lack of offense in the 2nd half was part of the issue
And at the end,
Allen had the ball & a chance to win it…. |

Why can’t both share some blame?
The offense completely stalled out once again in the second half and the defense gave up a lead.
The injuries are starting to be too much for the Bills
Tre White might not play this year if he’s not mentally over his injury. It’s starting to be a legit concern now that he’s not playing |

The Bills rushed 4 and played soft zone on a 4th and 18 conversion to Jefferson.
Not one receiver was jammed at the line of scrimmage.
That’s coaching.

And Poyer or Hyde know damn well to knock that ball down instead of the 4th string CB converted Safety trying to intercept it

When you coach not to lose instead of coaching to win, you deserve to lose.
Inkwell hit the nail on the head on the previous page, how many times have the Bills found ways to miraculously lose close games ?
Why is the Bills record in one score games so poor ?
Lot of that is coaching.
It’s 4th and 18 and you bring 4 guys and give Kirk all day to throw and don’t impede the receivers at the line knowing damn well Kirk needs a few seconds for them to get past the sticks ?
You’d think they’d have learnt from Hail Murray and 13 seconds.

He knows to knock it down, but knockdowns don't get you another contract

Tell that to Hopkins and hail murray.
As for the Bills. The defense is fine. The last 2 losses are on Allen. 100%
Allen needs to figure out how glitch or his hiccup or what ever you want to call it.
The 1st INT on the 4th down. Based on what he said post game. I get that int
But the overtime one makes no sense. He’s not seeing the entire field and didn’t under the situation.
Yes we needed a Td but still had time and plays left.
So basically Allen needs to find himself and figure it out. If he doesn’t. We will continue to lose. |

Yeah, many teams allow a 200 yard WR and 33 points and win |

The defense gave up 24 in regulation. They're banged up, they should be better still but the bigger concern right now imo is Josh Allen and this offense managing not to do squat in the second half for weeks now. |

Agreed
And the turnovers have to stop- it’s a big reason for the limited success in 2nd halves the last few weeks |

Pretty much lon. Josh is not seeing the underneath coverage for some reason right now. And use your RB's, it was working yesterday, you just decided to throw it out the window in the 2nd half again. |

And brutal play calling, the red zone has become an enigma to this team, they get there and it's like they become over hyper. |

I don't know about play calls when your QB is making the mistakes. Seems like some would have worked if not for horrible throws. Josh isn't doing what he did earlier in the year and take what the D gives him. Damn the play before that Interception in overtime he had Singletary wide open at the right hashmark, he might not have scored but he was definitely getting inside the 5. |

When you have a howitzer, you trust that howitzer, often to a fault.
I have faith he'll get back to where he was in terms of taking what the defense gives him, because we saw him do it for most of this season and last season.
Still surprised he even played yesterday. |

I was screaming inside when the play above happened, but you have to admit that when the big money is down, the coaching staff tends to get a bit conservative, and it has cost them big. |

I agree, every QB goes through rough patches. And I was surprised to, especially with him running as much as he did. One motion the strait arm that could have hurt that UCL more, and then when he tried to punch that ball out, he's not thinking. |

It's both. On that failed 4th and 2 in the RedZone before the first pick we had a comfy 2nd and 2, not a single run play. Pass, pass, bad decision by josh pick. |

Good read, Hank. The depth at Defense is clearly an issue. We don’t have a bonified #1 goalie to bail us out of the high quality chances given over the losing stretch. While both made some quality saves, (Anderson vs Boston in particular) both let in their share of softies as well.
I can live with our forward line-up.
As many have noted, the like of Tuch, Olofsson, Krebs, Skinner need to produce.
I’ll call out Tuch this stretch. The effort was not there nightly. Bad turnovers, stupid penalties, none of the leadership qualities that made us fall in love with him early on. He needs to get going first iMO |
