I don't think Cozens, JJ, and Quinn is a very good second line, but it's decent and has potential.

I get the LOG fatigue though, we all have it. The third line is a trainwreck that just doesn't seem to work with any combination.

Shane Pinto could’ve been had with the Johnson top of the 2nd round pick.

The term "middle-six player" has eclipsed "two-way forward" for a guy who doesn't score enough to be called a second liner.

The Sabres have oodles of middle-six or two way forwards. Maybe 10 of them. Probably zero are second liners at the moment.

And none of them hit

At some point KA has to get off his a$$ and trade for some gritty, hard to play against bodies. Why waste cash on players who will never play again. Buy some hit men. As soon as some opposing players get laid out the team will start playing all together with confidence and grow some balls

I really liked Tuch at first. I still do but…

I’m now noticing a lot of gliding by players not finishing checks, very lethargic it seems at times.

we don’t need players that have grit. The players we have can play that game. That’s on coaching. Jeff skinner is one of the smallest players and he is one of the only players that have a edge to their game.
