I was thinking about him on Cozens and JJ's wing. But neither of them are pure shooters yet. JJ is getting there has had some bad puck luck with posts. Was wondering if Cozens Krebs Quinn would work. But Cozens and JJ seem to work good together. And yes they did sometimes.

I would say, before anything else Jeremy believes in the "great man theory" of hockey. So, when I say, "protect our two great players" he can latch on to that. Imagine if that was 25, 26, or 72 getting boarded last night. There goes the season. And, there goes the season if Dahlin breaks his hand fighting. The goon helps both problems.

Do you think the issue is the creature comfort of the fans or players that is causing the move?
Seems to me that the traditional problem of not being able to maneuver on the streets is the issue...the problem of actually getting g players to the statium and the Browns equipment trucks making it from Cleveland is the issue. Dome isn't helping that.

Dahlin - a norris trophy caliber defenseman... for a 2rd or l2 forward. I can't even wrap my brain around it

Power - a 19 year old playing top pair 25 minutes a night... for a 2RD or L2 forward. I can't even wrap my brain around it.

Tage - a top 20 forward in the NHL, on his way to being top 10... for a 2 RD or L2 forward. I can't even wrap my brain around it.

Edit: after that every player in the organization is expendable. Dylan Cozens and Samuelsson are the only other players i would try to protect in a trade.

my first thought was about a dome... but when you think about it, it’s most likely not about there being too much snow on the field/in the seats, it’s more worrying about people’s safety getting there and trying to get back home.

I'd only go 2023 unprotected.

I know +/- is a fickle stat but

Jacob Bryson is a -12... the next worst on the team is Mitts with a -5. After those 2 the worst consist of who you would think. Pilut, Fitz, Krebs, Olof...
