it's a long trip from Alberta to New Jersey, but I'm sure Kick will be very happy to have you install the flooring in his newly renovated condo.

I figured

I'm sure in most cases people try to get a slightly "upgraded" version of what they previously had...

Not really, it’s regulated now.

The samples are sent away, and we bid on what they were evaluated at.

Costs about 15k a year to belong to this scam..

Yup.

But just to have a chance to bid on them.

If you don’t belong to that (I’m not gonna mention the name), you can’t bid..

I guess that way the contractors that apply are a bit more serious, with fewer sketchy ones that might be less professional lol

No pat, this is strictly a flooring evaluation company that the insurance companies trust.

We bid from their evaluations.

That’s why it’s a scam.

They’ll give us under value for material, and let us charge the difference in transport.

Kinda like that ref tonight, saying good goal, then bad goal..

ahh, I see.

but the good goal/bad goal thing actually isn't a scam at all, that's just the league being too (frank)ing dumb to simplify the process.

yeah, plus his drop in production made it look worse, had he followed the trend from his previous seasons we wouldn't have complained as much.

In fairness to the trade Mash, I think we all thought the trade was gonna be good.

The reality is, it wasn’t..

here's an impressive and rather surprising statistic:

Jean Béliveau, Maurice Richard and Bernard Geoffrion are the only habs that have scored more goals than Caufield in their first 100 NHL games…
