For you dog owners, what's a good ball launcher? Those nerf guns, or the manual launchers

Manual, 100 times out of 100.

You'll be amazed at how slimy and dirty the tennis ball will become.

You need something where you can pick up the ball without touching it.

Trust me, I own a Labrador.

Sure, if you don't mind throwing out a glove after every visit to the park.

Okay, thanks for settling that dog ball launcher question fellas. I'm hanging with this adolescent mini Schnauzer. I need to go long on the ball toss so I think I'm gonna get her this for Christmas.

Believe it or not, they make them in different sizes, to chuck different sized balls.

Can the dog handle a full tennis ball?

If not, you can get smaller sizes, but of course the replacement balls are not cheap.

Yeah she could handle a full tennis ball I think.

She's kind of a half-ass retrieving dog though. Like she retrieves back to her special base, not always to you lol. Or she forgets she was fetching. Kind of like if you've ever taught a cat to fetch. They can kind of do it, but more (frank)ed up than a good retriever.

Yeah she was great. Weird story, she and James Brolin came to cape breton back in the eighties and got married. But as it turned out he was already married so it must have been a fake wedding. Actors are weird.

Better to use the rubberized ball which are easier to get out the dog’s mouth (for those of you who have dogs who don’t nicely drop the balls). They also wash easily.

I'd go with the man launcher as all that drool will gum up the nerf gun

just like what Frenchie posted above
