Gallant is the type of coach that only looks good when they’re winning bc his flaws are massively ignored. Once they start losing he has absolutely no answer. You saw it last year with kakko being benched in playoffs. People have him a pass bc they went to the ecf

The problem is the organization is terrible on all fronts when it comes to development of youth. I think COVID year gets a pass, I think that was a good year to expose the kids to NHL, but at the same time, whats the rush?
