Kaprizov was pure luck. And Chuck/Flahr never bothered to sign him:



He didn't sign with the Wild until two GMs later.

And Chuck/Flahr were thinking about drafting Brayden Point but they swapped picks w/ the Bolts at the last minute because they liked Louis Belpedio just as much. Yes, the same Louis Belpedio that they signed this past summer after he did (frank) all w/ the Wild.





Right, he's already better than TK, Provy and Carter Hart.

I didn’t know the Kaprizov back story….makes sense when you look at Fletchers body of work here….he’s just not a good hockey guy when it comes to evaluations….I don’t know if he’s forceful enough, I don’t know if he believes in himself. I keep hearing that he likes to ask everyone’s opinion on things which tells me A) he likes to gather information B) he’s not confident in his own role to get it right.

Add in the amount of $ wasted on coach’s …not sure how Torts will work out, but AV sure didn’t and he’s probably still getting paid. That’s something Comcast does care about…paying millions of dollars out to people not even in the building.

My condolences to you and the others who have lost parents or other family members. I'm taking care of my elderly parents with health issues and trying appreciate the time I have left with them. Yes, we have to remember the good memories!

Thanks, hang in there. It can be hard taking care of elderly parents with health issues, but we were happy that we were able to keep her out of the old folks facilities. Sounds like you have the right attitude in appreciating the time that you have left with them Good luck.

Better since the end of November, but then again there was nowhere to go but up. The way they were playing at the beginning of the season was an utter joke.

All teams improve from the beginning of the season, when watching, the eye test says they’re playing better hockey, truth, I have not watched the games as closely lately. I do hope that Torts can build some confidence in how they play. Then finish bottom 3 and start to bring in some talent

Anytime you draft a player in the 5th round and he turns out to be a superstar. It's pure luck.

JvR neede to hurt himself again. I can't handle all of this scoring and and assisting especially with 4C Frosty. Playing in the line up rght behind 3C seany....

I really do hope that we finish in the bottom 5 this year but I'm glad to see Frost putting tkgheer a strong string of games. Even though he hasn't scored he has put the puck in the right places but when ZM is the trigger man how is it really Frost's fault
I hope that frosty finds his confidence and becok3e the player that we all hop3s he could be.
