So can we get one shot? - TPC
It's a Devils scrimmage game. The Rangers are playing for the Devils... |

Ya know this is becoming extremely excruciating to watch and I think Dolan is going to get his hands involved. This is a big game and to play so loose defensively is unacceptable. After that 2nd goal I would have called a timeout and absolutely reamed them out. Home ice play has been embarrassing |

Dude he’s awful. Those two nice plays mean poop when you have two direct bad plays for goals every single night he does this - nyrangers2
By no means am I saying he's perfect, but your insistence he's not good at all is silly. Not one Ranger on the ice is doing what he should be. There are 5 guys on the ice and you want to blame it all on one of them. Which of the 2 guys behind Trouba paid attention as he was getting his pocket picked and got into defensive position? Did Trouba swing the stick of his teammate telepathically to set Hischier up for a one timer?
I see 2 lucky goals and 50 minutes to play.
You must be a great teammate. |

He’s making $8m per year. Analysts have his market value at $2.4m. This is where the problem lies.
I played for 17 years. I’m not viewing this game as a player currently. I view trouba as a terrible business decision and contract. As a player im sure he’s a great guy |

Great stat to base anything off. Lol
As a sought after UFA he was overpaid $1-1.5M off the bat. I said that day one. But he's also the guy who fought TWICE in a game to wake up his sleeping bench and the only player in the league (when I read this a few days ago) with 60 hits and 60 blocked shots.

He definitely needs to score and stop turning the puck over. But, he has value and you can tell he's still trying to work his way out of it. |

I get why they gave it to him when they did but the contract just didn’t age well |

Trouba looks a step slower and his game overall has taken a dip from last year. My frustrations with him stem from this year only. Last year I thought he got a lot of shyt when I thought he was a warrior last year especially in the playoffs. Again I know nobody wants to look at the captaincy as a factor but I need him to get back to who he was last season. He’s been a huge liability this season and it also has affected Millers game. |

I explained this before.
Panarin was worth more than he was being paid he first two years. He’s still worth $9-$10m. He’s a point per game player.
Trouba at his peak on the jets was worth $5.5m-$6m. Panarin you know wins game in OT during the playoffs. Trouba is a turnover machine and on the ice for at least one goal every game. Panarin worth the price of admission |
