Its true, thats the most interaction a post of mine has gotten.

I don't think this rumor has any guts to it but it kina makes sense as a prediction. Retaining salary that's pro-rated for the rest of the season is not going to be show stopper for Chicago if it's for a good return. Wouldn't rule NJ with that in mind. They probably have more to send the other way than NYR.

Hawks will retain 50% if need be for the right return on both Kane & Toews. They have plenty of cap to do it. A lot of teams should be able to fit Kane in at $5.25M cap hit.
