I know it's wishful thinking that all of those teams jump ahead of MTL but it's not impossible. The next few months should be interesting...at least for those of us hoping for a top 5 pick.

You could do the exact same thing with 2 weeks left to the season. Would make more sense then to me.

I wanted a high pick, but you know, I have a lot of confidence in HuGo + Management team right now that they will put together a decent plan regardless of where they pick and any transactions associated with the draft/picks/players.

So I am fine with winning a few games, knowing this team is not good enough to really be close to a playoff spot.
