I think CHI, ANA, CLB and ARZ are pretty much a lock for the bottom 5.
then it's open for MTL, PHI, SJ who will fight for it.

There's many fields to civil engineering, there's material control, building(structural), bridges, geotechnical, water treatment, environnemental, municipal infrastructures ect.. I would definately not sign off on plans to build a bridge

Probably less true in small buisiness but in big work places yeah they don't give a poop. The lower the salary structure the better for them.

Major corporations don’t care. Most have ramping up/down to a science. There will be the “made” people and the rest they see as expendable and replaceable.
