welp, they recently updated us that half the building has to come down and be rebuilt but that they still had a goal of getting us back in by the end of the year.

a few weeks later we received an email about a dispute between the township (who are not being very cooperative apparently) and the company doing the work. they didn't mention any kind of timeline in that email.
