Good win. Holiday not ruined. Didn't think Igor was bad. Maybe he should have stopped the 3rd goal. First two he really didn't have a chance on. 3rd goal allowed was a Burkie special. Brodzinski let Barzal blow by him, Panarin actually did a nice job on him. Brodzinski didn't pick up Romanov.

That Kakko turnover, woof. Made up for it though. Nice pass by Miller. Might be time to split up the kid line. Gallant actually made the correct in game changes, shocking.

Power play was good, just these god damn post. Julien Gauthier should never be benched for the unmentionable ever again.

Harpur again was solid for 2 periods and bad for the 3rd period. He's odd to figure out.

you talk about harpur a bunch - what are your expectations for him?

seems easy to figure out he's the 6th d on this team. some good some bad, what mroe do you expect?

best game in blue so far

good on him, he seemed really pissed about the scratch, came out and made gallant look silly. best thing a player can do.

we've seen this a bit before though, it's all about consistency. i want to see the lines exactly the same after this mini break. hopefully that 4th line can really find their identity and drive the play like they did last night.

it's nice to see a ranger 4th line finally take it to an isles 4th line.

Is that not basically what I just said? Good 2 periods bad 3 period is a direct quote.

Yeah that's alway been his biggest thing. All the tools are there he just has to actually use them all the time not just every other night. Maybe getting regular ice time would help though. Really think he needs somebody to show confidence in him.

How he's had multiple games where he's been really good for 2 periods and then plays the 3rd like it's first time he's seen NHL game play.

Morning boys, how we all doing? Redemption for Kakko with a major assist to Kreider and Goodrow who both spoke to him in the bench after the goal and didn’t allow him to wallow in misery and overthink the turnover. Dividends paid on the game winning goal. That’s leadership.

If GG doesn’t go with what we went with last night for the remainder of the season barring trades I’ll be pissed now too. Kravtsov especially. He looked phenomenal last night. Nothing on the scoresheet but he just looked like he belongs on Panarins line, certainly in the top 9. Enough is enough with GG and him. Goodrow had 3 freakin pts on the 4th line just keep him there

Panarin Zib Kravtsov

Laf Chytul Kakko (they had a terrible game until kakkos goal but keep them together)

Kreider Trocheck Vesey

____ or Cuylle or JBrod w/Goodrow & Gauthier on the 4th line

_____ is going to play again he just needs to be more effective when he does.

I'd pay hard earned money to Sammy Blais for Bogey golf. I stink.

Absolutely. Great work by the elderstatesmen. Couldn't be happier for Kaapo. Hope he holds on to that feeling through the holidays.

Could almost see the weight lifted off his shoulders when he scored. Good job by the boys to get Kakko out of that funk.

OMG. Thinking of you while watching the post game pressers, HBuzz family.
GG: "Every line Goodrow plays on seems to do better."
Joe the Mook said the same thing last night during the 3rd.

That was a direct FU to me. Gallant loves the smell of his own brand.

The dream job for the Rangers is Senior Advisor to the Owner and Alternate Governor. Glen Sather has had that gig forever.
