If you talk overall, Elias has a LONG way to go to pass Sedins and/or Markus Naslund. Sweeds do well in Vancouver though. Ohlund, Edler (even Sundin had half a season) |

Ek should have mentioned Bure/Naslund/Twins/etc...
The truth is Pettersson is great but has to keep it up for a long time
Ek seems to have overlooked that
You have to think there's a chance he can be though
Others maybe, too
Unless the injury bug
Rears its ugly head
A lot of time will pass before we know where he ends up
Can he eclipse Bure?
Can he eclipse the twins?
Only time will tell
Underlying issues with the team will not help
Nevertheless, he's a very talented player

Nice to recognize a Canuck player other than for a trade. However playoffs make the greats. Plus Petey might not resign to see any Cup runs. Playoff contention just seems so far away with the futile inconsistency. |

WTF was Philly thinking in 2017. Looking at who was drafted after Patrick, that entire management team should be fired. All the scouts wanted Makar. Man, how that would've changed things
