Or a late 80's Pens game. - Pags
Was thinking the second period was more like a game from the 1980's.
So far our two best players have been Dustin Koharski and Spencer Martin. Malin is a close third.

Yeah but him no hit.
Archibald "runs around hitting everyone" which makes him a far better player. |

I wonder if Grinder witnessed one of his favourite whipping boys, Zucker, lay arguably the best hit of the Pens season so far haha |

So the next game isn't until Friday and I am staring Tokarski in it, Sully probably isn't haha. I wouldnt be surprised to see both Tanger and Petry back in that one....so what happens here...
Take with a grain of salt, of course, because it was vs the Nucks but Dumo and Smith had monstrous 5 on 5 games last night, Dumo even more so....80.66 xGF% and 90.91 HDSC%. Thats pretty nuts.
...so what happens here? Sadly, if both of those RD return, will it be Ty Smith being the odd man out? 5 games is a small sample size to be sure but he is the Pens leading 5 on 5 defensemen this season so far....62.22 xGF%....60.00 HDSC%....60.14 CF% and this is through 3 loses in those 5 games, of which he was never a negative player...I know, i know plus/minus is a bit wack. How does he get sent back down or scratched? None of this is to mention he has been trusted with top PP while the other two our out, with 2 PPP's last night. He could help the 2nd unit.
Is there a way he can stay up with big club and maybe scratch POJ for him some games? This isn't the route Id go but realistically we know Dumo probably isnt getting scratched.

Probably the best hit since the one in Thorny's avatar, that Geno behind the net reverse hit on Girardi was great lol |

I started this topic and said "of the Pens season so far" haha so I was only referencing the Pens as well.

Too bad. I’ve criticized Smith for over passing on the pp but he has a real knack for keeping pucks in the zone. Dumo made a couple good plays last night. One was even on purpose lol |
