they're pretty strong, yeah. i like it.

some did. he didn't. she isn't crazy enough to run that far without someone chasing her.

she also has had surgery on both knees so running isn't good for her. i think she did the 5K.

I should look more into that, I've tried it a few times and really liked it, but never bought any personally.

if we were smart, it's all we'd ever do because it's stronger and it only takes a little bit at a time. but i think i'd miss smoking if i stopped doing it altogether.

I think doing some kind of rotation between ways of smoking is the way to go, that way it doesn't get too redundant.

she is greek tough. the surgeries weren't recent. they were a few years ago. she had some problem with his kneecaps dislocating so they used cadavers tendons to replce hers.
