So happy to have this coach and GM in charge right now. He'll likely stay up and get back in since Tinordi is out for a while, but they just sat Phillips down and now get to see what he can do without getting overwhelmed. Actual teaching, and development.

I hope you Finns don’t eat that Swedish “delicacy” surstromming that I watch people on YouTube have contests about, not to eat it, but to see if they can stomach the smell of it.

IMO if Davidson doesn't get at least a first rounder for Kane, he won't trade him and let him walk at the end of the season. Davidson is not going to trade Kane for someone else's crap that won't further the rebuild just because he want's to go to only one team. Different circumstances, KD didn't like what Strome and Kubalik were going to bring back at the TDL, so he didn't trade them and let them go make their own deals at the end of the year.

Now if you want to give us crap for Toews, I am sure KD can work out a deal for you.

I believe that KD was setting himself up for future trades with Strone and Kubalik. He was letting other GM’s know that he wasn’t taking back crap, so next time come prepared with an honest offer. Basically lose a dime now and next time make a quarter.

Re: waiting on prospects

Recently Reichel has looked good.
Other prospects were not ready upon turning pro. Now they are producing. In Montreal K Dach should finish with a 50 point season while C Caufield is close to a 50 goal pace. Tonight Aaskorov on Nashville made his debut.

Recalling how Bowman reportedly was in discussion with Nashville for their first and then draft Aaskarov....the left- handed glove highly touted.
