LOL UPL has no chance on those goals and he is being blamed.
Hilarious. I don’t love UPL yet and I even understand that he isn’t to blame
Now you are being bias - Sabretooth9
it's not too much to expect a rookie goalie to outperform a vezina winning goalie

when a waiver pickup, jost, outperforms your centerpiece in trading eichel, you have problems - homiedclown
Why do posters keep saying krebs was the centerpiece of the eichel trade?
Tuch, the nhl proven buffalo guy was the main piece.
I'm sure they wanted krebs too. He was added to the base trade package. |

You're lying to yourself.
The once touted prospect was the center piece of that deal.
No one thought Tuch was going to be a PPG player he was the roster player Buffalo wanted from Vegas but he was not the main piece |

We know this. Tuch being a lot better than expected is a bonus. It doesn’t change history.
If you go back to the time the trade was made, and ask everyone to pick one player to keep, Tuch or Krebs, everyone is picking Krebs. He was viewed as a top 10 NHL prospect at the time |

Excuse me, he's 29, not 28 or 30. No need for you to keep lying. We're in fantasy land, so the trade happens today at their current ages. And, like I said, I'd think on it. But, let's be clear Conner's been in the playoffs 4 seasons in a row. This year will make 5.
Meanwhile, we'll maybe have a Norris and a Rocket in Buffalo this season. We won't have playoffs though unless a goalie magically appears. - lacaprup
No need for you to keep lying either if you think there's a greater than 0% chance that Winnipeg trades him during the season.
That is never happening.
The only chance would be in the offseason, when he would be 30. |

Made the playoffs 4 seasons in a row?
Does last season, when they didn't qualify and he had 66 starts not count? |

We didnt trade eichel for a prospect. / picks
Guy from buffalo area was the key to the trade.
No one expected a ppg game guy in tuch, maybe KA did?
Nobodies budging so, agree to disagree.

Last season they could have played comrie a few more games and kept him as a rfa? Even though winnipeg was out of the playoffs with a handful of games left?
Posters are worried about exposing comrie? |

Tuch was given away by Minny in expansion. He was then a middle six player in Vegas.
Absolutely 0 people would’ve been ok with him being the big part in the Eichel deal at the time.
He’s excellent now. So it’s a moot battle point. He’s the best player we got. By a mile

Well sounds like Adams took his swing for a goalie at the draft and it didn't work out. Think we should move away from are goalie situation and try and improve in other areas that could help that situation. Cause I think we all would be surprised at this time if he took a swing and made a big acquisition at Goalie. |

If that trade happens at the draft, Tuch might not have been in it at all.

This is getting old fast.
I liked Chad's option: waive Anderson and let people know he's retiring if you claim him.
|
|
|
|
Not sure I actually would either, but Krebs clock is ticking for him to become some sort of difference maker or becoming another Asplund.
There’s no offense there. Like none - sbroads24
How much of that is due to playing with Girgensons who is a known offensive black hole ? |
