id rather trade for prysk than mantra

I am probably the poster child for "play the kids" and I don't have a problem with benching the kids at all. The two of them have been terrible for 9 games. It's all part of the process - every young player needs it to happen at some point.

if adams is holding onto krebs, casey and olofsson for another season there is no room for mantha on this roster though

(shrug) it has to be tough to know when he should let them work through it and when to take action. As we've all seen, the staff can be patient to a fault. I do wonder if Cozens dip in play could be hurting the other two. He was really dominant for a stretch last month and then nothing at even strength. I also wonder if these kids are hitting a bit of a wall as they are probably playing more than they ever have.

To the one guy who needs to hear he's not a bust, he's not a bust. He may need more development than some around here are willing to give him, but he's extremely talented and works his ass off.

I was thinking that he might have off-ice issues. The guy is obviously very talented. That trade didn't work out for either team, which is really surprising.
