LOL. Proof of drafting well is having drafted players develop into quality NHL players. There is no record. One player is in the NHL and jury is still out on him as well.

Well, I think York is a quality NHL player with a bright future, and several other players are on a good path to become quality NHL players. Sure until it happens it hasn't happened, but right now these look like good draft picks that are developing well.

Those moves have been devastating to the Flyers. By any standard. Certainly didn't put them on the path to the cup as you stated.

These moves did not put the team on a path towards the Cup, but to call them devastating is simply not true, and honestly comical.

I think York is also but even if we state that, it's still not evidence of Flahr being a good drafter. You would do much better getting an accurate view looking at his draft record in Minnesota.

Moves that have greatly rid the team of numerous top draft picks and put the team in a very poor cap position are indeed devastating to a team that needs to rebuild. Those moves set the franchise back 5 years or longer. Not realizing that as well as the ridiculous spin you've put on it, such as Ristolainen rebounding, is the comedy.

How many people have off today in Boston? Enough to fill the rink for a matinee game where a lot of people are still working today.
