He should go to the Chargers to be their OC, he will have another Head Coaching job in 2 years working with that offense.

True, i figure with his 9-5 playoff record could put him at the top to those teams who think they are close. While doing it with less than great qb play |

Dahlin’s confidence was shattered by his terrible coaches, toxic work environment and horrible captain, not by being played too much or having a minus stat. - BeadyEyedDouche
I'm not saying the minus, in a vacuum, shatters his confidence. It's eveything the minus represents for a defenseman playing 25 minutes a night who has yet to record a goal. We should insulate him from that if possible. |

I do not think all star d men get worked up if their plus/minus gets some hits because they are on the ice trying to tie the game with their goalie pulled |

He's not an allstar defenseman yet, not close. That -1 was only 1 of the 3 he had yesterday.
We'll see what the staff thinks. Like I said, my guess is Sammy plays with him right now until he's back in top form. |

Any chance that Dorsey moves on to Carolina, and frank Reich lands in buffalo as OC?
I have a feeling that dorsey/ allen isnt going as smooth as it could be. |

"Carolina may be getting closer to hiring its new head coach. And it could end up being somebody who has never previously held that title at any level.
According to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson "has the lead" for the Panthers' opening. The 36-year-old just completed his first season as the top offensive assistant on the Lions' staff.
Johnson has been in Detroit since 2019, as he previously served as an offensive quality control coach (2019) and as the tight ends coach (2020-21). Before that, he was a longtime assistant for the Miami Dolphins, working in various roles from 2012-18.
The Athletic's Joseph Person reported that Johnson is "an in-demand candidate" and that "the buzz in league circles is that [Carolina owner David] Tepper is enamored with Johnson." If that's the case, it may not be too long before Johnson is named the Panthers' new head coach."

Interesting...
Wonder if johnson and dorsey have a connection?
Also wonder if the Bill's and Dorsey mutually agree to split up?
Dorsey takes a parallel job with Carolina? |

No way he lands a HC job. Unless he wants to be Lovie Smith’d like down in Houston. - BeadyEyedDouche
Probably not, but his name along with Dorsey Bradley have been mentioned. |

The outburst is something that he needs to learn from. You're right, you can't have your head coach have an outburst like that and be seen.
In the locker room behind closed doors, maybe but that doesn't usually bode well with players either.

A spokesperson for the Sabres said that the hire of John Roth has “nothing to do” with Kim Pegula's health or her absence from PSE affairs. |
