I think Brad Marchand than both Kessel and Toews. It’s only a matter of time until Boston wins a cup. In my opinion Marchand is the only player who rivals Giroux for second overall all if 2006 was redrafted. |

Another shortie. If the Flyers take more penalties, they might win more games. |

Bill Meltzer: Flyers Gameday: 1/17/23 vs. ANA - bmeltzer
Frost is destined to be sent to the AHL after the move he completed to score the goal. It was not acceptable to the coach or the organization.
Word has it that Zac attack will move up in the lineup and Justin “glue guy” brown will replace frost in the lineup. |

Marleau is in the same camp as Kessel with Kessel slightly ahead due to cups because they matter for HOF.
I honestly don't know how to rank iron man streaks. Like it feels weird to suggest it matters because "congrats you just played a long time". Except when we dial in on it, you gotta be healthy which is tough! You also got to be good enough for that long to get a contract and then the coach to play you so maybe it should have some weight? I am on the fence with it. - Aaron_85
Yea, Marleau had a ton of goals and points but 600 less points than games is a huge issue for me. And there will be certainly be much better players not in. |

What is amazing is that a guy who had a rep for poor conditioning never missed a game and produced throughout. Plus he can (could) no doubt skate like the wind.
RISTO with a shortie. OMG I am going to play the lottery tomorrow. - MBFlyerfan
RR has played better lately. Maybe the points will start to come since he is focusing on D first and adjusting his offense and jumping in whe the time is right.
If Torts fixes RR he has my vote for coach of the year.. maybe coach of the decade for fixing that pile of poo |

Giroux better than both of them - ClaudeFather Toews has 3 Cups and Giroux has none. Yes, I get that Toews played with more talented roster, but when they were winning those Cups Toews was a pretty special player and Cups matter when it comes to the HOF.

Again, I could really careless for this narrative/vendetta against Ristolainen that people on this board start at 10am every morning. Ristolainen has been playing well and it would seem judging by his play that he’s been asked to seek out hits less and worry about his own end first because flaws and all, he’s looked like a different player this year. I’d say within the last month, he’s become a little more offensively aggressive. It’s taken sometime but like any player, if you play the right way, the points will come. |

It shouldn't. He played over 1700 games. Most ever by a player.

I am a big fan of Toews. I think he's better than Marchand. Partly because in his prime you could argue he was a top 5 player in the league. I dont know if Marchand was ever in that type of conversation. |

He gets in if its a weak class. I dont think he's an automatic entry but I wouldn't be shocked if he did get in some time. |
