Much like when he wouldn’t answer the Russian/Ukraine questions…I don’t agree with it, or his stance but everyone is entitled to opinions. I don’t cheer for Provy because he’s a smart articulate guy or because I think he’s a decent human….he’s a Flyer, it starts and ends there.

Agreed. I'm not a huge Hayesie fan, but he has exceeded my expectations this season. He has been pretty consistent overall. I'd love for him to keep it up and somehow a team goes for him at the TDL.

What is amazing is that a guy who had a rep for poor conditioning never missed a game and produced throughout. Plus he can (could) no doubt skate like the wind.

Seriously though, he was a hell of an athlete but he did play with far superior talent than Roo got to, and I'm not a Roo defender. It just is what it is. Had Roo played wing with Crosby just imagine how deadly that line would have been, no matter who the second wing was.
I hate Crosby but damn it I can't deny how good he is. He could carry anyone and make it look easy

to be fair other than the powerplay they virtually never played together. crosby has always been beyond particular with his linemates.

Doesn’t matter. He shouldn’t be forced to do anything. We often talk about staying out of others’ issues, and I’m ok either way. Hockey is hockey, and politics are politics. He shouldn’t have to bow to others’ ideas. Drop the puck and let it be the end of the story.
