I mean this is it. Any time this team might have something going with the lines. He changes. So you're just basically a number generator. In terms of his style, he ha not changed that at all. Try to survive 5 on 5, getting harder harder to do. He relies on the power play, last year his faith was rewarded. This year, not so much. Also last year he got one of the greatest goalie seasons ever. While Igor has been really good this year, he's also not super human. So where is the coaching adjustments?

Personal feeling is every single coach has a shelf life. Loved Torts first couple years, the team was almost unwatchable by the end of his tenure. AV I liked, but the team just didn't respond to him after a bit. Quinn just wasn't ready. Cant put a coach like that in a place like NY. Gallant will end up the same, but it will be a couple years.

Tom who do you want to be HC? You guys kill him but not one time has anyone brought up you want instead.

Has Chytil ever looked this good? Nope. And it’s under GG. He was a terrible hockey player til the middle of last season

Correct. The analytical results. Which are still trending the wrong direction. For example, last night. And against Florida. Outplayed for 4 out of those 6 periods. Florida is a team in flux, so they were able to survive the Panthers flurry and win. Last night, not so much. I expect teams like Toronto, Boston, Tampa, Carolina and New Jersey will have more game like that when the playoff starts. Good teams usually do.

Was pretty good, wasn't completely full because of the weather. Was right behind the leafs net twice in the 300 level, great seats can see the whole ice. Notice a lot of different things being there live, especially the kids dominating the play most of the night.
