He is a Sabres mouthpiece sometimes. I would accept his word that comes from inside. - lacaprup
Adams literally said this in a press conference a couple days ago. |

you totally ignored the post
adams offered tage to another gm for a 5th round pick - homiedclown
Adams has done a good job so far he also inherited a hell of a farm system though.
Tage contract - great
Sammy contract - avg/market value
Cozens contract - avg/market value.
Eichel trade - great
Reinhart trade - looks good still tbd
Draft picks - seem good TBD.
UFA signings - all awful.

Adams is doing what he think is best for the Sabres to win a cup someday.
Some will be pissed that he isn’t selling out to win this year, but will refuse to look at how well this team is set up to look for the next 5-7 years.
Sooner or later the future becomes the present, but some on here seem to forget the Sabres don’t cease to exist once this season is over. - Swedish_Jesus
No one has to sell out anything to make this team better this year or this past offseason. We all know Adams message, but there have been and are still opportunities to upgrade the NHL roster and still have a very manageable cap situation and plenty of prospects and picks. |

Basically you are saying. He hasn’t broken the rebuild process yet.
He hasn’t Tim murrayed it
Like I mentioned before. Adams wants a cheapest deal possible for a player with term and good cap hit
Chick run for savoie type trade isn’t happening. He will protect his drafted players
I believe gerbe said during the draft they loved Rosen. So I can’t see them moving him either based on what he said - Sabretooth9
Not sure why CBus would do this, but go after Andrew Peeke...he would fit in nicely.

Rosen was drafted nearly 2 years ago.
It's easy to love your prospects.
It's difficult to find NHL playing time for all of them.
It is even more difficult to be willing to trade any of them. |

Nice Post!! Pretty straight forward - Buff36
They took Rosen 14th overall.
Of course they really like him. They took him over a pair of highly ranked goaltenders, among other players.
It doesn't mean they still really like him, and it doesn't mean they wouldn't be willing to trade him. |

I checked DFO, and nothing confirmed. Check out Hamster’s article on WGR. I think it’s gonna be 6K pretty much every night from here on out. Get some. |

Oops, flagged ya by m8stake.
Good, in an Evaluation and Development year why not evaluate him in a pressured environment and thereby develop him further. |

How long does the league have to stay in this poopty playoff format? Should be division winners get top 2 then points for the rest of the conference and seeded accordingly. Get it back to the way it was. It’s intuitively obvious. |

Who’s scoring the first goal today? I’ll take Cozens for fun. He loves playing afternoon games so he doesn’t have to wait around and kill time before the game starts. |

Agreed, I don't think any would be of limits in the right deal. It would just have to blow Adams away to include some of them. |

My hope is over the next 9 games Olofsson stays Hot. Cause depending on where we are positioned at that time could go along way in determining if he's a Buffalo Sabre at the TDL. If you are in Playoff position or within a few points you keep him, if you have fallen out of the race and he has continued his hot streak. Could get a nice haul at the TDL for him.
