I wonder if ya'll overlooked an important feature of this Devils team -the falling behind, playing close games but ultimately winning. 5/6 pts w/o Jack and struggled through most of those, but still won.

I believe them playing this way now, is paramount for this young team to play in the playoffs. They are legit playing playoff hockey now. Once PO arrive, our OT experience will prove to be monumental in the playoffs.

They know how to win in OT, they know how to control the puck in OT (granted it'll be 5x5).

Being behind in games appears to have zero effect on their passion and intensity as they come back in 99% of those games.

Getting Timo and maybe Saad (or another playoff veteran) could be a game changer.

Probably because we have the only legit offer. SJ waiting to see if CAR ups the offer or another team calls. This poop is getting dragged out for 3 weeks.

They've been one of the worst lines in the league. They currently have a 43.7% xGs% on the season, which ranks 81st out of 86 total forward lines to have played atleast 150 minutes together. They get caved in almost every shift.

Bummer. Dropped a guy in fantasy who has a game tomorrow so Hughes could start. Limited number of adds/week. Big matchup against a top team in a league where the winning manager in the head-to-head can swap one of his players for one of yours- and you’re only allowed to “protect” 4 guys from being stolen. Hoping I can steal Dougie from this guy.

No official word yet, but the expectation is that he won't play. ESPN reported that he's 50/50 and he wants to play, but the team is just being overly cautious. We'll see at warmups though
