your finances will either soar like an eagle, or perish like a brutally murdered chief during the war.

10 wins in last 31 with Caufield for most of them. I say 8-20-3 for the last 31 of season.

remember when i said i was down a handful of dollars for the year? well 2 weeks ago the website offered me a guaranteed bet up to $5 if i made a 3-way parlay with it. so in the last game i bet the eagles QB jalen hurts, the eagles RB miles sanders, and the niners RB christian mccaffrey to all score TDs and they all did. so i won $48 and now i'm up a handful of dollars!

i bet the eagles but only because i live here. they are favored but i'm not sure why. the chiefs are totally winning the super bowl.

thanks !

I liked the other job proposition job/task wise, but its 5 days in the office for at least 2-3 months and its 35 min away, where right now I'm 4 days home, 1 day in the office and its like 15 minutes away

The only reason I go to the office now is to check a box...that and free coffee and he actually not bad at all

i'm the same way. the convenience of your current situation is worth something. being close to work is important. and now with fuel prices it's even more important. and obviously, working from home trumps all of that.

the was an article this week where the author is expecting both teams to score 30 and i was pretty interested in the sound of that. a real close shootout would be awesome.

my company is run by grumpy old 1980s type of marlboro men. so they will never understand that, even though it worked just fine during the lockdown, certain employees could work from home and the company could sell off half the property (we own all our buildings) and make/save money. they need to see men with their sleeves rolled up, drinking coffee, and working hard.

but they just gave me another nice raise so i just roll my sleeves up, grab a cup of coffee, and start working hard at my desk.

don't underestimate meateater guy. he was at my desk the other day asking if i'd buy an electric train car online for him because he has no idea how to do that or something.

for the train world this grown ass man is setting up in the basement of the home he shares with all the items he's hoarded.
