Someone asked a couple weeks ago why escrow was bad for the NHL players.
This Bally Sports issue is why. Because of escrow, the players are going to pay a very large % of that lost revenue because a television company was mismanaged. That should be a loss taken 100% by the owners who choose thier TV partners. - lacaprup
You can't have it both ways. Players wanted to tie the cap and escrow to revenue, which is understandable. That can't be a thing only when the sun is shining.

Availability or quality of player? - Slump Buster
Both.
Not to mention it’s going to cost a crap ton to acquire him. |

100% accurate. The kid is just that, a kid, with a big, lanky awkward body and he’s pretty much playing at an elite level. His hockey sense is off the charts for a (barely) 20 year old. His shot will get better, stronger with time as he hopefully takes a page out of Tage’s book - lulags
Not a bad guy to learn from. He can teach Sammy how to lean into one too maybe lol |

Someone is going to pay Vic a lot of money and I don’t want to be Buffalo - ImThatGuy
Pretty clear there's at least some in their front office who agree.
Good timing to move on from him and Mitts, now or offseason.

Jost had a very strong game last night. He was aggressive with the puck and attacks the net. He doesn't take games or shifts off and works hard.
Not sure he is worth his qualifying offer but resigning him would be a good move. He is a sold 3rd/4th line player who can chip in 30-40 points. He adds good secondary scoring to the team. |

He was a very solid pickup for them.
Hopefully his path is something the kids see and remember. Just being a high pick isn't good enough, you have to work hard and earn your time.

Clague made some nice plays and Clague made some bad plays. I guess thats why he is a 6-7 defenceman. The Dahlin spin-o-rama at the blueline was a nice move.
I thought he was very active in the offensive zone which I like to see but needs to tighten up his play in the defensive zone. He did make a few good plays defensively cutting off opposing players trying to cut to the net but the giveaway where he was stripped of the puck when Buffalo was up 2-0 almost completely changed the outcome of the game.
After that play Buffalo was scrambling and the score ended up 3-2 for Anaheim.
I would be ok with Clague as a 7th or 8th guy and is good depth to have. |

Krebs gets a little PP time and even strength minutes away from Girgs and Okposo and puts up 3 points in 3 1/4 periods.
Imagine that. |

Granato needs to get Okposo off of the PP2. He was terrible and is too slow to be on the PP. PK is fine but maybe put Quinn out there or put Cozens on PP2 and VO on PP1 but please stop with the Okposo PP time.
PP2 Krebs, Mittelstadt, Olofsson, Power Dahlin(he can play PP1 and PP2) |

Booked a flight on Frontier.
Boy was that a mistake.
They cancelled half my flight so I would be stuck in Denver.
They then moved my 10 am return flight to leave at midnight.
Was a cluster. Trying to talk to “customer service” now.
It’s what I get for trying to save a couple hundo on a flight. |

They allegedly offer non stop flights to Vegas which I also have to book I can’t find one.
I traveled earlier this year and it was unpleasant to say the least. |
