E. Palestine is basically on the Ohio/PA border. Would you believe it is within the Mississippi River Watershed? I was shocked when I looked it up last night. Upper reach of a watershed would be an ideal place to plot a terrorist attack targeting a drinking water supply. Big bang for your buck due to the size of the area downstream it would reach. Maybe this was purely an accident, but the # of recent train derailments has peaked my interest.
