Yes, but only some places allow the things in the open air drug markets to have more rights and benefits than the people who own property and pay taxes in the municipality. It's usually only one ideology, no mater the geography of the locale, who fights like caged animals to protect the deadbeats.

I said something today about this being a Saturday game and still on at 10:30 instead of 5pm or literally any other time in the day.

I like to watch Sabres games at the bar and no bars stay open past midnight anymore during the week, and even watching at home I need to be up at 4:30 for work, so these late games are just the worst as it is.
