Heard a doozy about Jack Campbell's play today: like a screen door trying to stop water.

Duff reminds me of a young Ron McLean. I think he and Marty do a great job. Dunleavy has grown on me and I find that I don't miss RJ as much as I thought I would (it was time). Rayzor, ugh....pains me to say it, PAINS ME because I respect everything he's ever done and stood for when it comes to this franchise, but he's rough doing color. Better off between the benches full-time. |

This is why these stats people are using need to be taken with a grain of salt. Quinn has been ok his rookie year. This chart says hes been great.
I remember thinking the same thing when someone posted Powers chart. It said he was like a 7 for defense. First thing I thought is what a crock of Sh*t |

Have you seen Lyubushkin's stats?
You wouldn't even question Leddy if you have.

They're strange at best with forwards (especially defensively, and there doesn't seem to be a great way of predicting who is going to be a great finisher other than counting goals), but i have come to respect what they say about defensemen.
And, let's just face it, it's (frank)ing counterintuitive to make red represent bad play and blue good play. Hot and cold people. |

Does anyone else have their on-ice guy double as a color guy?
Ray is good at one and kind of bad at the other. Dunleavy is just ok. Leaves the combo lacking in general.
Marty carries Duff.
We were also spoiled for a long time. This crew is no where close to what we've come to expect. - Lunaion
Maybe okposo jumps right into president of hockey operations and the broadcast team?
Efficient, just pay him 1 salary |

Going to have to invent a lot of honorary positions for all these nice guys. Anderson, Okposo, and Girgs could all move upstairs next year. Kane soon too, then Ruff. |

If the Leafs follow their last two game trend, they will keep ROR on the 2nd line with JT. So, it looks like this for Toronto:
58 - 34 - 88
91 - 90 - 16
47 - 64 - 19
12 - 52 - 15
44 - 3
55 - 37
78 - 25
Who do we match against Matthews? Normally, Meatballs gives that responsibility to the Workhorse from Whitehorse. That was prior to Vic joining that line, Quinn teaming up with Krebs and Mitts, and Jost playing with the Old Guys. I think the Jost line will match against AM34.
Will Toronto want ROR's line out against TT, or will they want their newly upgraded 4th line out?
Goalie bingo is a solid UPL for us. I will assume Samsonov for the Leafs. |

That would be a huge slap in the face if Levi doesn't sign. What a disaster that would be for Adams. - Buff36
Levy will sign as soon has his season ends. He has a clear path to a #1 NHL goalie spot on a team with the best under 25 year old talent in the league. Believe me he signs |

Mittelstadt-Krebs-Quinn has been our best line the last two games since they have been assembled.
The points aren’t there for Quinn just yet, but to say he hasn’t been impacting the game is false.
I mean Cozens wasn’t playing at a 70 + point pace last year, Quinn has played a part in it. |

Bobby Bonilla scoffs at this. And, lol, at Steve Cohen who wants to do a large novelty check. Good for him! |

I know he will sign, this was brought up in a Varlamov post. Just saying if that happened. |

Curious if they are forced to burn a year on him or if he goes straight to the AHL.

Kevin Adams will be on sportsnet 590 Toronto tomorrow (tuneIn station). - lacaprup
Here's you chance to call in and grill him like never before..
May I suggest you first Question be along the lines of:
Kevy, would you tell us why you ball's haven't dropped yet, or were you born without a sack at all
I mean you want to warm him up a bit with a softball or two before getting nasty.
Good luck.! |

But this chart says hes playing great this year. Id say 1/2 the games he has played he was a no show. How can that be? |

Since he can sign a 3yr ELC does it matter as long as he doesn't play 10 games |

He's too old to slide.
Believe if he plays a game in Buffalo, he can't play in Roch for the playoffs. Not 100% on that, so many loopholes.
