I'm thinking too it will be Jost and the Old Guys against Matthews, but history says Cozens no matter the linemates. I'm really curious about this one. |

Pens vs. Isles tonight. Fingers crossed it ends in regulation. |

Don't think Don locks onto matchups the way we're used to.

Maybe one of the reasons we have such a bad home record? |

Interesting idea. We're better when team's match up against us? Might be something there.
Have a feeling it's just some hockey randomness though.

But this chart says hes playing great this year. Id say 1/2 the games he has played he was a no show. How can that be? - ZiggyBuff
Kind of like a defensive back in football, sometimes it’s a good night when you don’t hear the guys name called.
I feel like good defensive positioning and defence in general doesn’t sell as much to the naked eye as offence does.
Moral of the story though, even if he’s not generating points, the puck is in the other teams end more often than not.
Cozens had good underlyings before the pucks started going in for him this year. I think it’s a matter of time before picks start going in for Quinn. |

Savoie nearly extended his goal streak on the PP.
Had the puck swept of the goal line by a swift current defender |

He's too old to slide.
Believe if he plays a game in Buffalo, he can't play in Roch for the playoffs. Not 100% on that, so many loopholes. - Lunaion
That's right, I forget he basically red shirted his Freshmen Year because of the Ribs. |

Maybe were Homer's, but feels like both levi and johnson sign in buffalo 👍 - Boss34
I think they both do, though Johnson can wait til august and sign with anyone. Levy would have to play another full year at NE to be able to sign with anyone in August 2024. He’s not waiting |

I am not saying the team should flop and die off and not try for playoffs.
The team has literally 0 obligation to appease the fans. Terry pegula already tried to play “be a fan gm mode” and how did that turnout?
Eherhoff. Regher leino etc.
How did that turn out?
Or when pegula pressed Tim murray to speed up the rebuild with Kane oreilly Lehner.
How did that turn out? - Sabretooth9
This might be a play in words but I believe they have 100% obligation to try to make the playoffs every year. They offer only one thing ti the people who open up their wallets to make them wealthy or wealthier. They don’t try to make those plaids then they are stealing people’s money, in my opinion. That does not mean appease every whim but it does mean they must make every effort to be in the tournament. The line is blurry but it is there. In short, fight your hardest to get there but don’t cut off your arm to do it. Doing nothing would be an insult to the fans who keep them well fed.

no way in hell I am helping the leafs, canes, bruins, bolts, rangers or bruins to get kane
the team morale would be bad, as it should - homiedclown
More importantly, I would add the any team in the East anywhere near the playoffs. |

So far, I’d say Quinn was the better pick over Rossi, Holtz
