924 wins this season for the Phantoms. Lappy has done a tremendous job.

I didn’t watch the game last night but I’ve watched Seattle enough to know that they can make a team look bad when you give up those east west passing lanes. They will be in the playoffs but I don’t see them advancing. They struggle when you take away time and space and have difficulty making those shorter 5 foot passes that you need when there is no room out there. But the future looks bright.

I only watched the 3rd period but what I did see that was concerning was the strip/give away by Hayes that led to a shorthanded goal and a strip from behind on DeAngelo near his own blue line. Sloppy. Looked like one team was going through the motions and the other team was up on their skates and attacking the puck. There was no way I was sacrificing sleep to watch the next 2 periods. How was Torts presser?

Maybe in a few years we can compete with a second year expansion team and its older cousin the Golden Knights.

Torts presser was basically him saying nothing. He looked like he wanted to freak out but said he wasn't going to talk about the performance, it was obvious. It was totally obvious. Glad I could just scrub through it on the DVR.

I didn't see the game either but watched the goal highlights. You described it perfectly. The Flyers sitting back pathetically and passively letting the Kraken move the puck around effortlessly with no puck pressure to find easy passing and shooting lanes. Man do I hate how the Flyers play by design.

Year 10 of the Flyers rebuild, retool, whatever you want to call it and they can't compete with a second year expansion team.

In your opinion, what do the current Flyers do well? What is their strong suit/identity as a franchise.

Current identity as a franchise can be summed up in the title No Country for Old Men.

They had personality and great power forwards. Now it's a washed out product who is not willing to bottom out.

Lol who would you rather be right now? I’ll go with Arizona. What ended up even happening with Chikya? Didn’t he get into some hot water, I feel like the story never fully Came out

don't think it did, i viewed it as the good ole, I'm gonna walk before i'm escorted out type of deal.

I know they were in trouble with not paying their players, then the whole ordeal of talking or training undrafted players or something.
