They came back and won without giving the Pens any points. That’s pretty awesome but if the Pens got even average goaltending in that game we would’ve lost by at least two.

Tried to watch driving and lost the 2nd period, seemed like a great game as I caught the last 6 minutes

Have to give both Lee and Nelson a ton of credit. They led yesterday. Nelson on a 12 game point streak trying to pull this team across the finish line. Need Horvat and Barzal to have big games today along with everyone else. Damn it. This team has me interested again.

I would not be disappointed with a point. Pens and Caps don’t exactly have easy matchups either. I believe ovechkin will still be out as well.

If and that’s a big if, they can play the way they did in the third period consistently then they have a very good chance to make the POs. Problem is they just lack consistency under Lane imho. I hope this gives the team a kick in the ass and they start a nice run of wins. Today will be a good test. Tough game to win, however I want to see the effort we saw in the third.

Even without Barry, I did not think the defense would be like this. I did not see the entire game, but Aho looked bad.
