The Leafs love ther 2-way utility guys. I think this makes a guy like Kerfoot much more expendable.

Add Acciari and i have no idea where the lineup is gonna end up but I'm a little worried we're gonna play ring-around-the-rosy a little to long and won't get any traction/chemistry in the bottom six. Its already been a bit of a mess.

What about the report on Acciari? Is he tough, does he hit/fight/score/slash/crosscheck....what's his deal?

Also at that point think a guy like Barbashev could have been cheaper and fit the need more.

But if just the two players and the 1st... I'm laughing, just seeing a lot of mixed returns out there. 🤔

I can't see the need for another centre in Acciari. I'm wondering if the reason that Holl is in, tomorrow night, is for showcasing him. Watch out for a trade to bring in defensive help, with Acciari, Holl and Sandin being available.

I was sitting watching the Rangers - Oilers game, when this came on my Twitter feed. If it had come in 5 minutes later, I'd be in bed right now. Great to see a significant upgrade on the 3rd line with O'Reilly. Eyes on Arizona and Chicago for a defenseman move. Even Columbus could be a place for a trade.

Asset management. Whoever gets you the better return, I can see Acciare or Kampf in a trade to get that upgrade at defense.

Honestly, to me, this is a huge overpay. I liked O'Reilly, every year, but this one. He has been awful. What is with Dubas giving firsts for over the hill players. Feels like Foligno and paying for the player he was, not is today.
